Weekend highlights so far: finally getting over art block on the 25th, shore fishing on the 26th (catching nothing but a tan and a swarm of mosquitos), watching X-Men III: Last Stand (ARGH!! I could go into an angry rant talking about the movie.. ><, and target shooting for like.. three hours straight today. <3

Thanks everyone who replied to my last journal post.. haha I feel conceited. ^_^;;

It's getting warmer here in CO, today it was almost into the 70's (!!) which makes this little island girl very happy.

My comp caught a nasty virus a few weeks ago, but being the paranoid bugger I am I backed everything into a couple of CDs. I'm just not looking forward to having to reinstall everything again (scanner, imaging software, FTP clients, etc.)

I'm spending the first weekend of March in Denver playing soldier. Yee-haw.

I've cut the open slots for bust commissions because.. well, I'm getting hardly any. ^^ Five total, three taken, two open. I just hope I can get those filled before summer, lol.

Sorry to those who are waiting for commissions/trades from me.. things have been really slow art-wise, I hope you can bear with me for a little longer. ><;;

Mood: rarg.

For a long while now, nothing I ever sketched, inked, or colored seemed to turn out satisfactory and I ended up putting off a lot of projects because I didn't want to turn them into utter crap. Bleh, this resulted in the halting of quite a few commissions and art trades, but whoever is expecting them from me, please know I'm working on them again and am happy with how they are turning out this time.

All the entries that have been written so far on my website guestbook have been erased and replaced with spam. Argh! >__<** It's been a while since I updated the site, mostly because all the gallery pieces can be found here on DA anyway. Will need to change that. ^_^; Currently working on remodeling it, and coming up with a spamless guestbook!

I'm still waiting for my unit in California to process me out and send me to one here. My military life has been at a screeching halt and I haven't worn the uniform in too long.
